III.    I N D U S T R I A L  D E S I G N S

Filing Requirements for Registering Industrial Designs in the DPR of Korea:

   1. Information:
     - Full Name, Nationality, and Address of the applicant
     - Class and Title of Design
     - Design
     - Priority: Number, Date, and Country
   2. Power of Attorney download
   3. Design Creator's Certificate
   5. Application's Certification of Incorporation
   6. Specifications of Design
   7. Priority Document (if claimed)

 
* All required documents must be filed within 3 months from filing date.

A design application is to be examined within 6 months from the filing date.
The Certificate of Registration is available subject to payment of the issue fee.
Design reigstrations are granted for 5 years from the filing date and can be annually renewed.
