Filing Requirements for Registering Trademarks in the DPR of Korea:

   1. Information:
     - Full Name, Nationality, and Address of the Applicant
     - Mark
     - Class and Goods/Services
     - Priority: Number, Date, and Country
   2. Power of Attorney download
   3. Applicant's Certificate of Incorporation
   4. Inventor's declaration download
   5. A Priority document (if priority is to be claimed)

* All required documents must be filed within 3 months from filing date.

A trademark application is to be examined within 6 months from the filing date.
The Certificate of Registration is then available subject to payment of the issue fee.
Trademark registrations are protected for 10 years from the filing date and are renewable indefinitely for further periods of 10 years.
